AdvanceCV is an online CV and resume builder operated by Bab Al Zahiah Typing Services, based in the United Arab Emirates. You can reach us at support@advancecv.com.

AdvanceCV lets you enter your details, choose a template and generate a CV as a downloadable PDF. Some features use artificial intelligence to suggest or rewrite wording. AI output is a suggestion only — you are responsible for reviewing everything on your CV for accuracy before you use it.

You may preview and build a CV for free. A visible watermark is applied to free downloads. Removing the watermark and unlocking certain features requires a one-time payment as described on our pricing page.

You must give accurate information when you sign up and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

You keep all rights to the information you enter — your name, work history, education and any other content (“your content”). You grant us a limited licence to store and process your content only so we can provide the service to you, including generating your PDF and, where you ask for it, sending text to our AI provider to produce suggestions.

You confirm that your content is truthful, is yours to use, and does not infringe anyone else's rights or break any law.

Prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are one-time payments per CV — there is no subscription. Payments are handled by Stripe; your card details are entered on Stripe's systems and are never stored by us.

Because a paid download unlocks a digital file immediately, payments are generally non-refundable once the watermark-free file has been generated. If something went wrong — you were charged twice, the file failed to generate, or the service did not work as described — contact us at support@advancecv.com and we will put it right.

You agree not to:

• Enter false information about another person, or impersonate anyone.
• Upload content that is unlawful, offensive or infringing.
• Attempt to break, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service.
• Resell or redistribute the service without our written consent.

We work to keep AdvanceCVavailable and accurate, but we provide it “as is”. We do not guarantee that using the service will result in a job, an interview, or that a CV will pass any particular applicant tracking system.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from your reliance on AI-generated suggestions. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law. Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time; the “last updated” date above will change when we do. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms. You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of the United Arab Emirates have jurisdiction over any dispute.
